Communication was poor and unclear. Process was not as described. Required documents kept changing. Felt like death by one thousand cuts. Everyone I talked to said it shouldn’t be as hard as it was.

Saved me 8K by nova being affiliated with the builder (seller concessions) and although there was a hiccup right when it came time to close due to lender not notifying my agent about a needed addendum, I appreciate all of the the lenders advice...
