Kristee was great!! My experience was Easy and quick. i do think ruoff really pushes for clients to buy down Rates which wasnt ideal for everyone .
I shopped around with a few different lenders and Amy at Ruoff was the best! She answered any questions I had, she was available via text, email, or phone call. And she was able to help me close a week earlier!
