The whole team was on top of all the paperwork and signatures needed. And communicated the whole complicated unfamiliar process in a way that I could understand. Delightful.
It was good. Would suggest more clarity/transparency on final numbers so customer knows exactly what TYPE of charges there will be upon closing.
