Transaction went smoothly without a great deal of effort on our part. My only criticism would be that some kind of heads up, either a text or a phone call could be given when there are emails that need to be reviewed.

There seemed to be unclear communication between the underwritter and appraiser and the lender and the community/building manager. This unfortunately created a timely and very emotional closing date for us that was all because of miscommunication....
