    My experience could have been better with better communication. There were times throughout the process where I felt out the loop and like I didn't know or understand what was going on.

    Overall, Alex was good to work with. However, there was several incidents around credit bureau reports where she made me feel that I didn't know what i was doing. She did work with me on several other issues and the outcome was great.
