The communication and the effort that was put in to close the deal.
Joe, was always there when I needed him. Whenever I had questions, all I had to do was call or text and he got back to me and explained and answered any and all questions I had.
My experience was great due to the level of professionalism displayed by all the people that helped me though the whole process.
