Communication. I would have liked someone to call me and let me know each step of the process was.
Another one would be a timeline. I would have loved to have a timeline so I know what will be expected and how house buying works.

The whole homebuying process can be pretty stressful but Kelly and her assistants made it stress free and without any problems . Overall it was better than I expected.
