Best home loan experience I've had out of four home purchases - by far. Eric is not just competent and results driven. He's accessible, patient, unassuming and a pleasure to work with.

When we called Rochelle for information, she was super responsive and helpful - we could have just used a little more proactive communication (phone calls) in addition to emails. There were several places we were under-informed about process...

I got Kelley's number from a agent just to ask some questions. I told her i wasnt looking to buy just wanted information to see what i needed to get a loan in the future. A few minutes later she ran a credit report and got some info from me....

The fact that he and is colleagues stayed in contact with me every step of the way... assisting in every way they could until the keys was placed in my hand. Going out the way if I was asked... all which made me being a home owner possible

Miscommunication was a very big issue. A good bit of it was not Eileen’s doing. She worked hard for me and did her best to encourage me when things weren’t looking the most positive. New American was more of my problem during the process.
