Great experience!

Faster processing and avoiding duplicate forms.

This is the second home loan I have done with Jeffery. The process was even better this time. His staff is encredibly helpful and professional. They know exactly what they will need ahead of time. My loan was ready to close way before the date....

I was kept in the loop but not bothered. My realtor even said he wished he could do more business with NAF. They went above and beyond. These people are legit!!!

Lynn was terrific as a agent communication and updates are important and she was always available answered emails no matter the time and provided me with updates

Lynn is a wonder worker! My clients needed to close quickly and she made it happen!

This Lady makes me look lazy! So many lenders make the agent continually ask questions about the progress of the loan. NOT LYNN! I made it my personal game to ask her questions that she may not know yet, and she already had the right answer...

Would have liked to know that my interest rate was not locked in until later when it had increased by 0.2%. Other than that everything else was fine. I actually talked to Lynn’s assistant Lisa more than anyone else. Lisa even attended my closing....

Geoff helped my clients pick the right loan product for them and then guided them through the loan process from start to finish. Jeff is a real pro!

kelley went above and beyond every expectation we had. she provided us with all the information we needed and when things went astray she did everything in her power to get us back on track. we were a private sale so, everything we had to do...
