I was told by another mortgage broker that they could not fund me through the VA. New American Funding was able to get me the funding using my VA eligibility. Thank you Lynn Knox and Lisa Sikes and Lisa Royal.

other than one small hiccup with the elevation certificate, which resolved quickly, my overall experience was pleasant and smooth sailing.
