Only suggestion is to communicate prior to charging accounts

Single communication chain, request from multiple individuals was confusing. Assistants in process seemed unknowledgeable, only going by procedure and not situational context. More cohesion overall

First time home buyers. The staff kept me aware of the whole process step by step.
