Communication. I always felt like if I had a question are concerned that Buu is just a phone call away. It really does make a difference and who I choose to do business with.

No matter what transpired - our existing house closing being contingent on the buyer's house closing; the form of money used from my IRA or brokerage account; etc., Jennifer was on it and made things happen. We closed on time.
