Friendly people, that always answered a question we had no answer to and was willing to help and not be rude about anything we weren't 100% sure on...

Kelly is always on top of her business.

NAF staff were responsive and made the loan process easy and understandable. I was working with them long distance, but you would have never known it. They took care of me as if I were sitting right at their desks in front of them.

The loan process was seamless. My questions were answered quickly. All requirements were clear.

Rochelle kept me and my buyer in the loop every step of the way! Got the deal closed quick and without problems! Could ask for a better transaction or person to handle it!

How he communicated with us to explain the breakdown of the loan...I think that was really professional and that made us feel comforted that we chose the right lending agent.
