My client found out within hours of closing of what she needed to provide as far as funding for their closing. It delayed the process and upset my clients. This made it an unpleasant closing.

Cheshire always provides good communication with me and the clients. She is positive, thorough and does an amazing job from beginning to the end of the transaction!

Rochelle was great every step of the way! She patiently worked through a very challenging situation and got us to closing day.

easy to contact never made us feel like we were asking bad questions helpful even when we were just being nervous about the process
