Always there when I called to answer any questions

Dan has been super helpful throughout the process and tried to give me the best experience as possible. There were couple huddles throughout the process but Dan has contributed greatly for us to close on time.

Great service

From the very start, the service was friendly, straight forward and informative. The process was prompt and everyone on the team provided highly quality service as the main priority.

I have given the feedback about the areas of dissatisfaction to Scott Sheldon. As a business owner I realize it takes a team of individual people to deliver a product. The thing that stood out the most was hearing that the team member "Shayna"...

Very helpful, responsive to questions

I was one of the many victims of the the housing market crash in 2008. My great credit was destroyed and my home mortgage a mess. Even after years of rebuilding my credit, I was unable to refinance my home from the high rates of the time period....

Oscar and Blanca did a fantastic job, they were able to process my refinance fast and efficiently. Thank you two for the hard work you put into this.
