Easygoing, all details explained, answer questions correctly, always communicating of any changes, checking on us about having questions. Bill was Great in any aspect of the refinance process.
Oscar helped me lower my payment and remove my PMI. He would call or text me throughout the processing letting me know what was needed from my end.
It was great being able to know what to expect.
The problems that I was concerned about on refinancing and discussed with Scott before we stared the the refi all occurred. I felt that Scott should have known all what we had to provide to qualify for the loan.
