Everyone that I have worked with on my refinance was rude and unpleasant. I would get nasty emails from them and they hardly communicated with me about my loan. I had to reach out to them for everything. The loan processor was so rude to me...

Monique always has time to answer my questions, provide assistance and very supportive during what can be a stressful experience. She is great!
