I had zero communication with Ben or his team. They gave us zero status updates on the transaction. We had no idea if the appraisal has been ordered, how the buyers were doing with their loan processing, and if we were closing on time.
James was quick with responses, cleared up any questions we had and made the experience easy. Thank you & would work with James again in the future!
