process was as smooth as you could ask for. Communication was outstanding and any questions we had were addressed quickly. I would highly recommend Ben and his staff to anyone.
Communication is hit and miss but overall helpful team and are quick with moving things forward and staying organized.

Thanks Brent! Sorry if I didn't get all of your questions answered better for you. On a refinance there is a decent amount of time where we are just waiting on appraisal or waiting for required wait times. Not a whole lot to a refinance.
Ben and his team were great at answering all my questions, even the more off the wall ones.
