I was referred to Guild from my real estate agent and worked with Ben Nelson, I was very pleased with how fast and easy process to get a loan. Ben was very supportive and very clear of every little details of the loan and the fees and worked...

Ben helped me sort through the entire loan application process and offered guidance and support. He made the entire experience go smoothly and was always available to answer questions and concerns.

After we pre-qualified, we didn't have any contact. I left the documents at his work but the next call I got was saying he had left the mortgage company. So we are having to go through the process with a different lender at the business.

I appreciate the feedback. I was instructed to not communicate with any loans set to close. The former company would reach out and handle all communication.

Ben worked with us every step of the way. Responded quickly to our many questions about the process. He is very knowledgeable, and anyone I know that is looking for a lender, I will be sending his way.

This organization was a complete circus from the initial contact; incompetent and amateur.We never really met Travis but were fobbed off to his assistants who did not really know what they were doing. We decided to continue with the company...

mike gave me some great help in cleaning up some tax obstacles, but wasn't put off by them, very helpful in helping figure out old debt problems and incorrect credit information that could of been problematic for a first time home buyer

Ben is knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and patient but most of all, he will get the job done! Ben is the one I will call to handle any future transactions too!
