Good communication. Got more info from the lender than from the agent. The agent never respnded to messeges or calls. I can always count on a deal being in good hands.

Thanks Shawna! I do try to keep all parties updated. Unfortunately not all agent communicate very well.
Excellent transaction overall! The fastest closing I have had in 10 years that wasn't a cash transaction.
