Phebe and her team have always made the lending process easy. I appreciate their new tools, like the iPhone app, that makes correspondence easier. From approval to closing I always felt they were organized and on top of things.

Phebe was on top of things while dealing with me. The loan was a difficult process since it dealt with farming. The company needs to learn better ways to deal with farmers. Farmers can’t be lumped into the category with everyone else. In the...
