since I do not live in the area, it was hard to communicate as well as I would have liked.... and having to deal with many people instead of just one, was confusing to me....
Supposed to be hassel free. One rediculous thing after another. I don't think its Greg's fault. I would rank the entire process as poor. I wouldn't use Nova again.
