Jon is now the co-owner of the company. NOVA’s phenomenal growth can be attributed in part to the streamlined processing system developed by Jon using the knowledge of engineering he acquired at Stanford, and the teamwork principles he learned and practiced during his football career. NOVA is currently licensed as a mortgage bank, which means decisions may be made locally, but continues to offer the flexibility of a broker, relying on the extensive network of resources developed over the past 25 years.
