    Ellen gave us more information than anyone else we talked with. She was very cordial and keep us posted as things progressed. She was very friendly and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reverse mortgage.

    Moved from So. California to Connecticut so long distance for most of the transaction. Norcom office in Shelton was very good and Josh in particular in handling our mortgage.
