Royal is by far the best Loan Officer I have ever worked with. Super dilligent from the beginning, helpful, communicative, solution oriented. It would be a different market if there were more people like Royal helping people get home loans.

Youre always awesome

Title company was very slow and did not communicate at all. The instructions for signing with the notary were second hand and in accurate creating a lose of work time and delays
