New American Funding was great to work with. Prompt communications and the loan was closed on time.

This is our second time with this group and it was great both times. They worked hard to get everything done and in a timely manner. Always let us know what was happening and if we had a question they had the answer... Have and would recommend...

From the start the communication lacked. My client was always calling me asking lending questions because she could not get ahold of your team or some there and numbers were constantly changing which is expected but were not explained effectively...

We tried 3 other lenders before Michelle. We had a hard time getting a response back from any of them. Once we started working with Michelle we didn’t have that problem anymore. Every time we reached out her or her team would get back to us...
