The main reason was organization. There were a lot of moving parts with getting the house and taking out of loan, which Sabrina was able to do most of. And she was readily available to explain the basics to me which I didn't understand before....

It was a quick closing and we closed on time. However, I never heard from the lender who worked on the loan. Never had any communication with anyone.
