Everything was good - not telling me the loan changed to VA made the transaction a nightmare

I apologize for the pivot to VA... they Borrowers thought their eligibility was tied up with their other home. Ended up they still had sufficient eligibility for the purchase. You were a champ getting the contractor out to the property right...
