Great communication and execution. I've done three loans with Troy and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Would only hear " Things are looking good". Tried several times to get the number i was " approved for" but Charles would never tell me. Hard to look for a new home without a budget. Decided not to buy because thing just didn't settle well...

Kim is the best. She is on top of everything snd gets your loan processed quickly
Would have been nice to do a sit down with kim..,instead of email...If we could go to branch and drop paperwork off at a branch , then should have been able to do that ...We did ask several times and were denied
Smooth transaction and got to close earlier than expected
She knows her business and was so helpful.
