Kim was always very responsive and kind during this process. She was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable.
I was able to do all the prep for the loan over the phone and online. Also Charles came to my home and introduced himself and gave me information about the loan.
We are so pleased with Charlie and team! Amazing communication and punctual. Thank you for helping us get our forever dream home.
