Communication with Erik and his team was consistent throughout the transaction. As the listing agent in a transaction, it is reassuring to the sellers when I can let them know the buyers are in great hands!
I was on the listing side of the transaction and I have to say communication with the team was excellent.

Erik and his entire team were very helpful. This was our first time purchasing in Texas and they answered every questions we had. Erik also kept us very informed every step of the way. Including video breakdowns of what was expected.
