Worked with Emily on a file that I had the seller and she was the loan officer for the buyer. The buyer had a challenging credit scenario and Emily stayed with it until we got closed.

was very patient with me sometimes I would bother him to ask him questions he would answer or he'll call me back and he'll answer me my questions that I had.

Responded promptly and had all issues resolved generally within the hour.
