The excellent communication and staying on top of documentation/paperwork.

Dwayne has handled several loans for my Buyers. He explains the entire process and gives the Buyer his undivided attention. Answers all questions and follows-up on a timely manner when they call with any additional questions. His attitude is...

He always explained everything clearly and always there when we had questions . very patient also with my mom because she didn't known that much English and he explained it to her .

I just do not know where to begin! Do I begin with the level of professionalism displayed before, during and after this process? Or what about the constant reassurance that everything will work out perfectly? Maybe I will begin with the patience...

We are very pleased with how smooth the process went! They made our dreams come true! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They are super easy to work with and stay in constant communication.
