It was a process, but y'all really helped me get what I needed, when I had questions I got answers which I had a lot of. I didn't know what I was really doing when the process first started but by the end I was able to understand it more clearly....

Stephanie Bridget made it great.. she’s hands on and always answers the phone even on a Sunday. Very helpful!

Very very disorganized. My loan consultant Kalee was amazing! She is the reason they are getting 3 stars. Underwriting going back on what they claim they “accepted” processors not know there job. I could put down names but I’ll keep it professional....

Just the conversation and interacting that I had with Mr. Brian his knowledge & his patience....."A good man"!!

Answer all questions we had and explain it to us so that we could understand it.
