Lots of miscommunication, not with Stephanie, she was great. Once the file was passed on to underwriters, there were missteps. Nothing against Stephanie, she was great.

Super Knowledgable, makes it happen, understands the process and very patiently walks you through it.

Dianne and her team worked relentless on our loan and was there every step of the way. Dianne and her team the process is simple and easy all online.
