Amazing service from the entire NAF Team. The entire process was painless, directions were clear and everyone was so helpful. Our refi was done quicker than so many of our friends going they the same process!

Very disappointed with way my application was handled. At first I was approved and with an excellent rate. I submitted all documentation that was required. Then the loan officer told me that it was going to be reviewed by underwriting department....

Actually, Jeff is what made it great. Jeff kept us up to date on everything. It was a fairly long process and we nearly quit. Jeff is a great asset to your company! Class act!!

Working with Xavier at NAF has been great. He and his team were so professional to deal with. No "bs". They worked on a timely manner, kept me up to date and when they locked in an had a final rate they did not go back like Rocket Mortgage...
