Christian went the extra mile, making it work for me so that it was a smooth and happy experience for me. Rate put in the work for the first loan only for it to fall through due to sellers fault and then redid the entire loan for the same condo...

I just feel that something went wrong with the communication with the client within the last few weeks prior to closing. The client had to produce information and proof of funds the week of closing which push the closing back over a week later....
