Great communication is very key for me and that's what I always receive when working with Dwayne.

Easy! Not a lot of steps and did most of it over email with only a phone call or two.

Clear communication. No push selling. Jason asks questions to ensure that the client understands the pros and cons of the options in consideration.

This has not been a great experience. While I liked our loan officer personally, I feel like there was not always consistent communication, and that was partially on our side in the beginning. When I emailed, I did not always receive responses....

The way Dwayne and Liz worked together to put me at ease every step of the way thru every question I had right up until closing
