Great information delivered to a first time home buyer, guiding me through everything and making it easy for me. Again a big thanks.

More communication. I had no idea that my client switched lenders, that he had to get a co-signer, or why the closing took so long that it cost my client $600 extra to hold the home from being sold to someone else.

How smooth the process was and the communication I had with everyone there. They were all great ! Thank you so much.

Even though we didn't close on the house when we were suppose to, I know the team worked hard for us. I'm incredibly thankful for the team that fought for us.

Keara Waites was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond BUT whoever the underwriter was she was terrible and made my special occasion very terrible.

The underwriter in my opinion was terrible and kept adding things that I needed instead of being efficient and timely and ended up costing me a lot of extra money that I should not have had to pay. Keara was great but the experience was hampered...
