Katie, was the best! She answered all our questions and made the process more pleasant than expected. She was very professional and was just excited as we were. We closed on our first home, and her team worked wonders!

Natasia Washington, who helped us obtain our mortgage, was diligent and personable. Having nothing to do with Natasia, I do object to NewAmerican withholding the terms until all paperwork for the mortgage application was submitted.
