We had some challenges through the process, and Jose kept calm, assured us all would be ok and he was right. He is the best loan guy I've ever experienced. I would work with Jose again and will refer him when anyone is looking!!!
Tommy was available and responsive throughout the entire process. There were never times of uncertainty or lack of communication. We knew what was happening at all times and knew that Tommy was driving the efforts.
