The realtor and loan officer who were in charge of us were very helpful with every step we had to go through. They both explained important information with clear understanding. Communication was top tier. We are very thankful for their service....

I am not sure where the breakdown occurred. processor or Brad but they kept former buyer agent On email trail and I was exclude. I was getting exciters with no knoedge of what was going on.

Brad was a breath of fresh air he waspromp at returning phone calls, and would explain things so that an average person could understand . Communication with anyone else was spotty at best if you even got a return call or email. That's what...

Hugo was very helpful throughout the whole experience
