The open communication and quick responses. Our house was a difficult situation with HUD but they were persistent and patient. We are first time buyers and confused by the process and had a lot of questions but we never felt like we were bothering...

Everybody made time to answer questions, even when it was a repeat question. Everyone worked hard to get through HUD, they made it hard . 😆
