The whole process was a nightmare. Could never get anyone on the phone, left voicemails and no response- changed LO 3 times. As far as I know, someone is still working on a pre-approval for me and I am already under contract with another lender....

Everything was done in a timely manner and all our needs were met with kindness and professionalism.
