Frank and his team are professional and are there for you. I have worked with other agents and I didn’t feel as safe and comfortable with making big decisions as I did with Frank and his team.
Frank and GEM made it easy to refinance my home. I was able to do most of the communications by E-Mail, allowing me to handle it as I had limited free time. It was great not having to go in person or really talk on the phone to much.
