Attention to detail
Calls and e mails were always returned, however, there were a couple of times we had to be the "squeeky wheel". Overall experiance was truely awesome and handled well!
Very good communication. Very nice folks and great advice from the team.
The biggest reason was I didnt have to chase Carl for information or updates and at the same time he was not overbearing.
