The closing cost was more than I expected and closing took a little longer than I was told it would take. Other than that, everything went very well. I particularly like the way Mr. Milliken and company kept us updated
very responsive and cordial communicatio.
Too many "this will be the last thing" then you do 20 more. The appraisers were terrible and demanded too much.
