Great communication. On time, very early calls, even though I live in different time zone
Marquis made the refi process extremely easy. He stayed on top of everything and made sure to push to get the documents/signatures needed. I felt comfortable during the whole process, and would certainly work with him again.
Personal and promt service and customer attention
He managed to get everything done that other people could not get done.

Had zero issues with Cameron, I will say other departments (underwriting etc.) Did not make his job any easier.

Communication was very lacking. Once communication was there, information was useful and I think he did best for me possible, but the lack of staying in touch was very frustrating and unnerving throughout the process.
