Clearer communication during the operations phase. I understand that many things need to be done over email but phone calls can clear up any uncertainty and ambiguity quickly.

It would have been better if I was able to reach people on the phone. Christine was great at answering and very helpful but her coworkers were incredibly difficult to get in touch with. In the end everything worked out but it was not the customer...
